The winners of Tirana Photo Festival 2019
The theme of this edition was: “Albania’s Cultural and Natural Heritage”; through the exhibited photos, you get to know Albania’s beautiful natural and cultural values. Elton Koritari curated the exhibition.
The jury of Roland Tasho, Leon Cika, Gent Shkullaku and Olsi Beci selected the winners of this edition.
First prize: Afrim Tahiraj (won a professional camera FujiFilm X-t20 offered by FujiFilm Albania
Second Prize: Kyd Zacharian (40,000 ALL cash, provided by the Ministry of Culture)
Third prize: Rozafa Shpuza (20,000 ALL cash, provided by the Ministry of Culture)
Fourth or encouraging prize: Altin Serani (wins an Instax camera offered by FujiFilm Albania)
Category: Younger Photographer (ages 15-18): Alket Shahini wins Instax camera offered by FujiFilm Albania
-Audience Award (from Instagram votes): Megi Buzo wins an Instax camera offered by FujiFilm Albania
The exhibition will be open until October 15 from 9:00 to 19:00.
During the festival days, photography workshops are held with Roland Tasho, Alla Simacheva, and Albert Cmeta.
The festival was organized by DMO Albania & Visit Tirana and supported by the Municipality of Tirana, the Ministry of Culture, and FujiFilm Albania.
