As part of the White Cane Day, three days of activities will be organized that focus on the engagement of people who do not see life and artistic activities inside and outside the country. 

VIC-Visually Inclusive Choir has been a collaboration for two years between the choirs of people who cannot see, Albania, Greece, France, supported by the Creative Europe program, Tirana Municipality, MEKI and AMSHC. This commitment serves and is reflected as a symbol of independence, mobility and encouragement for the blind community, both in Albania and in Europe.

The comprehensive strength and value conveyed by such initiatives, for the implementation of new approaches and the necessary attention of institutions and society towards this target group, will be revealed in the Concert with the participation of the three Choirs. Albania-Greece-France Voices that unite in Tirana.
