Cup Song Albania –Record in Guinness
Over 2,500 young people were gathered on the Boulevard “Martyrs of the Nation” in Tirana to mark a record in the Guinness Book. Where a soloist sang the song “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” and more than 2000 people approved by hitting the ground with plastic cups, producing the sound of ‘staying.’
Young people with plastic cups in their hands synchronized and performed the “Cup Song”, setting a record for the most significant number of performers.
After this unique atmosphere, famous Albanian singers performed for about two hours until the representatives of the Record Guinness decided on the record. Albania made it into the Guinness Record Cup Song, where more than 2,500 people performed in several cities in Albania.
