For a long time, Tirana has been working on the organization of the 27th “Book Fair”, which will finally take place on November 13-17, 2024, at the Palace of Congresses, in Tirana.

Tirana’s “Book Fair” is the most relevant cultural event in the city, which has always attracted not only locals, but also tourist from all over the world. For independent Albanian publishers and authors it’s the biggest opportunity to promote their works to the public, but also for the latter, this major event is enjoyable delving into Albanian culture.

In fact, people can learn more about Albania and connect directly with past, present and future of the country through literature, from the youngest emerging to the oldest already established authors.

When the culture grows, also the locals, the visitors develop more self consciousness, which is the best way for a country to grow in every aspect. Also, Tirana’s “Book Fair” is accessible to all ages, meeting everyone’s needs.

Part of the literary events of this Fair, which will be numerous, is also the selection of the best works for 2024, for the Fair’s awards. Publishers have started submitting books they think deserve to enter this competition. But there is still time until the submission deadline.
