Bovilla Lake is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tirana, 19 km far from the city. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding mountains. In addition, you can do some sports activities, such as hiking and climbing, and enjoy a picnic with friends.

We organize group tours from 1-15 people every day. We depart by 9.00 am at the New Bazaar, close to Avni Rustemi Square, and return at 4.00 pm. The walking distance to the Lake is 4.5 km.

After about 40 minutes of hiking, reach the balcony of the mountain and observe the expansive, rolling forest and hills stretching out before you. At your feet, gaze in wonder at the stunning views of Lake Bovilla.

Once you’ve finished your hike, round off your trip by visiting the river’s shore and admire the unique, canyon-like scenery as you splash and paddle in the calm waters.
Note: Swimming on the lake is available only from May to September.
